Overall I am very happy of what I got for the money I paid.

Good location. Friendly staff. Great price.

The single bed was the smallest I have ever seen. There is space in the room to put a normal single bed in.

So, so...

Great location on underground Earls Court. Very friendly personel, which was also helpfull. Spatious lobby area with a free coffee, tea.

Tiny rooms, tiny wardrobes. Window can be opeed just for a tiny small space. Poor breakfast: no vegetables. Noisy elevator.

Great location for public transportation and restaurants. Safe neighborhood.

The amenities. The security of the room.

I didn’t like being in the annex. It rained every day I was there and I had to go out in it before breakfast. Then back out again to brush teeth etc before leaving for the day.

Was ok for a quick overnight stay, but was glad we booked somewhere else for the next night

Rooms are very tiny, bed up against window, would be hard pushed to get 2 large cases in the room, breakfast in continental with some boiled eggs, no other cooked food available, what was there was good

The location is wonderful, close to public transport, plenty of places to eat and central London is easily accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable. An ideal location when visiting London.

Acceptable hotel at the budget end

Very close to Earl's Court tube. Pleasant foyer. 1st floor room (handy) has been refurbished - so clean carpet, smart bathroom, good shower. Hot water and wifi fine. Storage also fine plus comfy bed, even if it was definitely a single. Daily room service was properly done. Room 102 is in a side area with 4 rooms = less corridor noise. Didn't try breakfast.

Thin walls so can hear tv, conversations, alarms, etc. One or possibly two toilets above the room produced a noisy cascade down a pipe - not great. Mattress protector but no pillow protectors (learnt that from Alex Polizzi in Hotel Inspector).

Tired hotel but great location

The location is great, close to public transport, restaurants and shops. The bed sheets were clean and the pillow was comfortable.

The hotel looked modern and clean in the pictures however they must have been taken back when it had been redecorated. It all felt a little tired and had not been properly cleaned in a long time. In the room there are marks on the walls from years of wheeled bags being pushed up against it, the windows were dirty on the inside with what looked like mold, the plug socket by the bed didn't work, the carpet had stains, there was a cracked tile in the bathroom floor, there was no light in the shower but you could see the grout was dirty, again, possibly with mold. The single bed is very narrow and you could hear the guests in the agensent room through the partition door.

Overall a pleasant stay. Slept well and breakfast saw us on!

Location excellent for the tube and getting into central London. Breakfast was continental, calm area and always got a table. Staff on reception very helpful and friendly; particularly the gentleman Krishnav? Can’t quite remember his name was very accommodating to our needs.

The rooms are small. Ok as they are only a place to sleep as we were out all day. Shower door leaked at the bottom a little. More milk and teabags would have been appreciated and maybe small packet of biscuits.
